Potato Chips Customer Survey Promotion

Eligibility

In order to participate in the Calbee Potato Chips Customer Survey Promotion (“Promotion”), participants must be U.S. residents 18 years of age or older who are current Calbee Potato Chips customers or salty snack consumers who do not currently purchase Calbee Potato Chips. Void where prohibited by law. The following persons are not eligible to participate the Promotion: Employees, officers and directors of Calbee America Incorporated (“Calbee”) and Calbee’s affiliated companies, subsidiaries, suppliers, vendors, representatives, distributors, advertising agencies, and promotional suppliers (collectively, “Calbee Affiliates”), and members of the immediate families and/or persons living in the same household as the foregoing individuals.

Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on July 8, 2026 at 12:01 am Pacific Time and ends on July 15, 2026 at 11:59 pm Pacific Time (“Promotion Period”). Calbee’s computer, or its third-party service provider’s computer, is the official timekeeping device for the Promotion.

How to Participate

Participate in the Promotion by completing the Calbee-issued customer survey (the “Survey”) during the Promotion Period, which is available through the following link: https://giveaway.calbeeamerica.com/.

Completion and submission of the Survey will constitute a “Response.” Responses containing false or fraudulent information will be disqualified. Limit one (1) Response per person during the Promotion Period. Duplicate Responses for a single individual during the Promotion Period will be disqualified.

All information collected through any Response will be used in accordance with Calbee’s privacy policy at: https://calbeeamerica.com/privacy-policy/.

Prizes

Each of the first 100 qualified and eligible Responses will receive a $50 Amazon gift card. Neither the Promotion nor the Survey constitute a sweepstakes, and the gift cards are not awarded by random drawing.

Consent to Receive Email

By submitting a Response, you will opt-in to receive email or other communications from Calbee and its affiliated partners. You may subsequently opt-out of the receipt of such email or communications by following the directions in the email or contacting that site. Your opt-out status will not affect your participation or chances to receive a gift card. During the Promotion Period, however, you may nevertheless receive emails which Calbee deems are related to the Promotion and related programs.

General Conditions

All federal, state and local laws and regulations are applicable. All taxes applicable to the gift cards awarded are the sole responsibility of the recipients. Each Response constitutes permission for Calbee and the Calbee Affiliates to use such participant’s name, address (city and state) and/or likeness for advertising and trade purposes without further compensation, in any and all forms of media, now known and hereafter devised, including without limitation on Calbee’s website or on or through Calbee’s social media accounts, unless prohibited by law. All participants agree to comply with these Official Rules. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Promotion and any person who does not comply with these Official Rules, will be ineligible for a prize and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

The California courts (state and federal) will have sole jurisdiction of any controversies regarding the promotion and the laws of the State of California will govern the promotion. Each participant waives any and all objections to jurisdiction and venue in those courts and hereby submits to the jurisdiction of those courts.

If, for reasons beyond Calbee’s control, the Promotion is not capable of running as originally planned, such as tampering or bugs or infection by computer virus, Calbee, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the Promotion or these Official Rules without liability.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Amazon or its affiliates.

Disclaimers

All participants agree that Calbee and the Calbee Affiliates will not be liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from acceptance or use, including misuse, of a prize, or any participation in the Promotion, or any technical malfunctions of the computer system or network, computer equipment, hardware, software, or any combination thereof, or any Responses that are late (including delayed data transmissions), tampered with, garbled, incomplete, misdirected, lost, mutilated, delayed, corrupted, mechanically duplicated, illegible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. Participants also agree that Calbee Affiliates are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage to a participant’s or third person’s computer related to or resulting from the Promotion. Calbee Affiliates are not liable for damage to a user’s computer system in any way due to participation in the Promotion or downloading any information in connection with the Promotion, including without limitation any server failure, lost, delayed or corrupted data or other malfunction. Calbee reserves the right to modify or cancel the Promotion in the event that it becomes technically corrupted.
